Refund essenwood park hotel
Hi just giving u n update dat till now I haven't received my refund from essenwood park hotel. Dey have no customer service. Dey don't return calls etc.hope u can help me. Kind regards Mohammed Desai

Here is the response from essenwood park hotel on the 24 July 20 Good day , Please note that we have received your urgent request for a refund and we will process within the next 15 days with a 25% cancellation fee . we are sorry for the delay , if you have any queries lease send us an email and we will gladly assist you . Robbery
Such a criminal who deserve to be in jail. Her name is monica indian ***** who runs essenwood hotel her contact number is 062 943 5098. She gave me a room last night and took my R600. When we swipe the card, door was not opening. And i ask the reception, she said it normal for their doors not to open. Then i ask her for refund so I can get a new venue she told me that as per monic instruction she cannot refund me. Be careful don't use this rubbish hotel that is unprofessional and robbing people. I will activate all my resources and teach this ***** a lesson she will never forget so she will learn not to steal from me.
