Last year December in Pavilion shopping Mall at @Home store i purchased something using my account and the consultant didn't give my card back. I phone them to check the footage, they say they waiting for an authorisation. After 2 weeks they told me that footage is not showing the consultant hands. I went to Fabiani in Pavilion and do the payment of R500 and they call me with the same balance. I ask them what happened to R500 that i paid in Fabiani, they say it not showing. Later it was discovered that my card is not activated. I went to Makharm to activate it but still R500 payment was not showing. Then they keep phoning every hour to say i must a payment. Mind you, the card is still not active. I'm still up and down spending petrol to sort this issue out, on the other hand they keep adding interest instead of compensating me for my fuel.Today we tried everything but still everybody in store at watercrest mall including customer service consultant failed to activate the card. I ask her to cancel the account because these idiots will keep adding interest,she said no she will send an email to them. TFG it nothing but the bunch of incompetence managers and stuff who don't know what they are doing.

These bunch of criminals kept on allowing debit orders from unknown companies without my approval. Last time they call me and promise me that nothing will go through without my approval, but again they did and they've charge 200 for unpaid debit that i don't know about. I made arrangements with them to close my account and them to refund all the charges occurred because of their own fraud and they must put them on my credit card. They send a dispute letter for me to go to their branch and do it with an affidavit. When i go to their branch, the branch want to charge me a fee that is more than a thousand Rand. This bank rubbish and something needs to be done about it.
Vodacom is rubbish with their racist indians consultants. I took a contract with them in pavilion for a new device and nobody told me that i won't be able to see who is calling me each time i recieve a phone call. Now that I'm at the shop Racist indians are telling that i have to pay more money. Also to cancel the contract because of what i didn't sign for they want me to pay for the whole balance.
FNB it bunch of criminals. From 2016 until today I've been a target of their internal fraud. They've been creating fake companies to debit my account without my permission. Each time i reverse that money they charge a fee. When i went to SAPS to report this, they lie to me saying their fraud department will investigate the matter. The total charges occurred during this fraudulent from January 2016 to November 2020 it more than R5500 and they keep saying they will investigate 1st before they do the refund. Tuesday i spoke to their fraud department and they deny any of these. They told that they don't investigate debit orders because debit account have no right to allow any debits without my approval, so according to them, this is an inside job which is why those companies are taking money from my account without my approval and they are not traceable. They then advise me to look for a new account somewhere else because this is an unresolved issue. I then ask the guy from debit department to ask his manager to call me. His manager call me but he never phone me back to approve my request for them to take the refund and replace my balance on credit card that i have with them so will go separate ways. Until today I'm still waiting for an approval and now I'm taking this to Twitter so it can be attended by different organisations that we have in RSA because clearly FNB have no respect if you are an African. I'm 100% sure that if it was white people it would have been resolved in 2016
Disrespect at it best here. Poor and unprofessional school with incompetence stuff. I registered towards the end of February for mechanical engineering and i accepted without being told that I'm very late because classes started early in January. I then change to Marketing. In marketing only 2 classes were consistance. The other they keep on changing, one day it in another floor, tomorrow a different floor sometimes a lecture got no room to have a class. And nobody care to communicate with students for those rapid changes. Computer practice class it even worse. They don't have enough desk and computers. Most of the time you will be sitting next to a person who has. On top of that there's no projector for us to see what going on what is the lecture talking about. We were given assignments and part of it was going to be done practical but because of lockdown it not done and nobody is telling us what going to happen there. Computer assignments, some of us who couldn't get a chance at least to sit on it, we have to do research from people who are studying in professional schools to help us. They are even allowed to do their assignments using their campus infrastructure but we are not allowed. I recieve books early March and then it was lockdown. But they want me to pay for the whole of February, whole of march, whole of April and whole of June. Why am I paying for no classes? Does it make sense to them to make me pay for no classes? Then they call saying classes will resume 7th of July i need to update my account. Nobody is communicating and explaining what going to happen when we go back especially because the syllabus is still far from the end. We are late already in terms of semester. I don't even think they are ready in terms of covid19. I've never seen such a poor and unprofessional school in my life. I have been asking for a refund and the campus manager kept on refusing and promising that things will change but it getting worse every day. I need my refund.
Pathetic and shaming store in our country. They've took an advantage of lockdown by adding interest in people's accounts. How can you ad interest when your shop was closed? When as country we facing corona virus pandemic and people are losing their jobs, some are losing their money. Some other companies are assisting government by donating and on the other Markham is making millions by taking an advantage of this pandemic.
On the 1st of April ABSA and WESTBANK have sent sms to their clients and give them a minimum of 3months relief on their monthly instalment due to this pandemic and lockdown. MFC never even thought of that. On the 15 of April when I log on Twitter, i saw people complaining that MFC had give whites, indians and coloureds 3months relief. I then tried to call them same day and waited for more than 2hours without an answer until today no answer. I then email but no response from them. Here on hellopeter i saw a white member complimenting MFC for giving him those free months where's on the other hand my fellow Africans are complaining because they were not given those free months. Racism in our country is bad especially when we should be treated equally as clients but we being rated according to our skin colour. I'm R3600 for 2016 polo vivo concept line due to high interest from MFC plus balloon payment of more than R50 000 but white people are paying the same amount for polo Gti.
Essenwood park hotel is part of indian monopoly capital. They rent rooms that shouldn't be rented to our people. They advertise on certain agent such as booking.com etc. Booking.com don't care about our people which is why they advertise and promote such companies. Essenwood park hotel is faking a door card key system yet they can't afford it which is why they undergo cheap labour to get it done unprofessionally and rent those rooms to our people and when the key is not working, our people won't get refund and they will be told to wait until the morning for handman to come and open the door. Our people will sleep on the bench yet they pay full amount six hundreds to sleep in bed. Our former president Thabo Mbeki was not happy the way Zuma promoted this Indian monopoly capital which in the end we saw what gupta did to our country. Such a criminal who deserve to be in jail. Her name is monica indian ***** who runs essenwood hotel her contact number is 062 943 5098. She gave me a room last night and took my R600. When we swipe the card, door was not opening. And i ask the reception, she said it normal for their doors not to open. Then i ask her for refund so I can get a new venue she told me that as per monic instruction she cannot refund me. Be careful don't use this rubbish hotel that is unprofessional and robbing people. I will activate all my resources and teach this ***** a lesson she will never forget so she will learn not to steal from me.
