Hi Here is my bad experience with the above co. Supahot geyers. Im renting a house n last year my geyser had a leak n my landlord replaced it. After 1year i my geyser was taking out brown water n 1sat morning my Geyser burst so my plumber came to have a look n found the Geyser burst n since its under guarantee/warantee so he called the co. n laid a complain. The co. got back to me n sed dey will send der plumbers tomorrow to replace my Geyser but den when der plumbers came dey did not bring a replacement Geyser with dem dey sed dey just came to check sed dey can't replace my Geyser coz its too high which is nonesense coz previously it was in the ceiling which is even higher den where the Geyser is coz now its outside installed on the wall n its much lower n dey sed the pressure valve is wrong it was a ****p but dey sed it must have a 400kp. But most houses have a ****p Dez no problem but some people had a same problem like me but supahot replaced der geysers but refused to replace mine so i replaced it by my own cost n within 3 days the element on the new geyser burnt out n supahot refused to replace it claiming the Geyser was empty dats y it burnt out without coming to investigate but my Geyser was full with water coz on dat day before lunch my wife showered n hot water came out but dst evening when i came from work n i opened the hot water tap water was coming out but it was ice cold. So what nonsense are dey talking coz the element was faulty but dey looking for excuses not to replace my element😡 Previously with my old Geyser der was times for days we had no water the geyser ran dry but how come den the element never burn out n now we had water all day also i have a jojo so how can dey say my Geyser was empty it doesn't make sense. Tell dem if dey don't replace me my Geyser or element im gonna share my experience on all social media platforms telling people about my bad experience n no1 must buy deez Geysers Case no: 8030377 that's the warranty ref number
Im expererincing a major problem with eskom. My bill normally comes to R1000 or R1200 etc not more dan R2000 but last few months my acc is coming high n when i call eskom customer service all dey say is dey will get someone to call me back to no Avail. Dey dont even reply my emails. Dis monthmy acc came 5 X more dan the normal bill R5500. I submit my readings every month bir noticed eskom no longer uses our readings. Dey just estimate n bill us. Im not the only 1 experiencing dis Lots of residents in my area are experiencing dis problem. N if we dont pay dey very fast to cut off our power. Im only working part time n cant afford to pay dis ridiculous amounts. Water is gone again. Every night we come from work its the same story like my previous review. They only closing our area n other areas has water. Dey blame loadshedding but Newcastle n Dannhauser uses the same dam so how come newcastle is not experiencing any problems? Also no one gives us any updates. D guys we phone to ask what's going on some of dem dey block us on whatsapp. Normal call if dey c our no dey cut the call or ignore the call. When we phone with private no n dey answer dey say dey not working must contact the other guys. It's so frustrating. Our geysers are packing up coz of dis situation😡😡😡 How do we live😡😡😡
Regarding water situation in Dannhauser. Some areas got no water for almost 2weeks some only during the day. When we phone the guys in charge dey don't help us. Full of excuses n dey block us on the phone or ignore or cut our calls. We come from work we can't shower cook go toilet etc. No1 updates or notified us. Hi. The problem I am having with MTN is in been charged the sum of R1100 for a contract which has been cancelled last year. I went to mtn Newcastle n spoke to Mr Siyaya who assurued me dat u will receive n sms with the ref no n I will be credited my money back. Hi. On the 4 Nov 2019 I made a booking at Essenwood on the park hotel for dste 21 March 2020 for a wedding. I booked early in fear its a long weekend n i might not get bookings so I booked early.i asked dem in the event I don't get off from work can i cancel my booking n will be refunded,I was told yes but I did get off but unfortunately the covid19 pandemic came up n cause of the law i was unable to go so I phoned to cancel before my booking date n the lady sed she will get the manager to call me n which she did n it was a week later on a Fri she Nicole called me n asked don't I wanna change my date. I sed no I will prefer a refund n den will rebook need me.she sed she will call me on Mon after speaking to management n till date I did not receive dat call. I send numerous emails with no replies. I called numerous times n was told dey will get the manager to call me but to no avail. Please help me get my refund R600 back coz dis is not customer service.
