Very bad service and failure to refund

I ordered 4 counter stools in January, it is now earing end of May and they keep saying they do not know when the order will arrive. They only communicated when I contacted them. Last week I requested they refund me and they asked for my banking details, I sent my details the same day, since then they are ignoring my emails and their number is not answered.
