That company is a ****, they would hire u as a driver make u collect 5/6 passanger in a car but only pay u for kilometres not per passenger, mind you they don’t pay for petrol, data nor night shift of you working nd risking your life. I am highly disappointed in them do not fall for them if u wanna be an Etapath driver!!!!

Terrible Service
If I could I would rate a zero. The number of delays these people have os ridiculous, almost every single trip always has an issue. I would not recommend them to anyone.... what a constant disappointment 😞 😮💨 😪 😒

Their service is second to none
At this company they hire you as drivers,but you'll end up paying in fact you'll end up buying trips which is wrong and not allowed.in a way they don't allocate trips knowing that people will end up being desperate to work and end up paying the logistics specialists to get the trips

Rude driver name Baleseng Vincent Mohlalal, started the trip 1 and half hour AFTER it was schedule, hung up when we called to find out where he is and just does not care Etapath has the worst driver and they have absolutely no accountability and it seems like the drivers just get away with everything DO NOT USE

Poor Service
Our company decided to change transport service and use this AI related company . Since the start of their contract it’s been a nightmare for us employees using the service we have raised concerns sent complaints but nothing is being done about it all we are told is that the transportation company is an automated service . I am disappointed in how they coordinate transport I stay in Site C Khayelitsha but you will find that I am grouped with Vans that are going to gugulethu and Nyanga meanwhile there is a Van going to were I stay . Please can this be looked into .

Ridiculous transport service for night shift customers!!! Nkululeko you are so cold hearted I’m a female for you to leave me with no transport going back home!!!!
I’m not happy about the service today from a driver named Nkululeko. This driver I tried reaching him out whilst he never tried reaching out on me while I was still on duty and he was assigned on escorting me back home but no he drove off an left with no communication it’s funny how the times he claims he waited don’t match with what really transpired. Etapath drivers don’t care about their clients they only care about money and delivering zero customers getting paid for nothing!!!
