I’m not happy about the service today from a driver named Nkululeko. This driver I tried reaching him out whilst he never tried reaching out on me while I was still on duty and he was assigned on escorting me back home but no he drove off an left with no communication it’s funny how the times he claims he waited don’t match with what really transpired. Etapath drivers don’t care about their clients they only care about money and delivering zero customers getting paid for nothing!!!
I am so disappointed with TELKOM FIBRE BILLING with the type of service I have been receiving, sent a change of banks in June to them in July the still debited on an incorrect account they promised to waiver my missed debit fee until they were done however they didn't it still happened the next month. I've been incurring ridiculous bank charges because of them, we are in September and nothing has been finalised as the same extra R200 charge happens every single month for their mistake ,they don’t wanna refund me for the double debit they made they telling me it will be credited next month but guaranteed that won’t happen because it’s been going on for months 💔What bad customer service is this?
Ever since I’ve started using this fibre it’s me and Telkom’s call center and I’m sick and tired. 😭💔😡😡😡 Y’all been debiting on an incorrect account for 3 months in a row I would tyk my time to correct it monthin and out now that you finally debit in the correct account you double debit me what madness is this can I please get my money back y’all are inconveniencing me for nonsense my kids have a trip on Tuesday I need to buy trip packs yooh guys y’all make me sick and y’all must cater for all the charges y’all put me through aswell. My fibre is R315 not R631.99 I need my money back and can this be fixed coz every month it’s the same thing over and over again. Stop ****ming people!
It’s been a while since one have experience great customer service especially in small stores like these, I’m undergoing a phase of being retrenched at work and not having money lately is my biggest challenge I had a bunch of cents I packed together wanting to buy chicken feet’s for tonight supper it was so embarrassing for me to take out the cents out of my pocket but the guy on the teller kept on conversating with me as a form of distraction so I may feel free in taking my cents out and to top it up my cents were short of 20c 🙈 he then said no my sister go get another pack I’ll pay both of them for you of which he just did that from the goodness of her s heart. It’s quite an embarrassing situation for me yes but it wouldn’t be fair that i can’t share such a great experience I had with someone who’s at work and did great for me. Thank you Usave Dobsonville for hiring people with such good hearts. I was in need indeed and I’m really greatful for the lovely service. Ur stuff are the best especially the guys in ur team.
The service received from Muhle Nongawuza was extremely good, even in times where I took time in sending some of my docs she never got irritated of calling me and asking me in a proper manner it was as if she was helping herself too..Welldone Debt busters I’m not regretting coming to you guys for help I definitely feel as if itl be a good journey together👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿KEEP IT UP😍💯Kindly fix my surname to Kubheka on your system, I’m not Khubeka please. Otherwise I’m happy.
I'm writing this for the 2nd time, as the 1st one was not even attended. Can I please have my Money returned to my account I'm broke and dont have petrol to go to work. What a bad customer experience I received with a consultant named ''NOKUKHANYA MKHIZE'' who said she works at SANDTON 135 RIVONIA ROA JOHANNESBURG loudly in my ears, the attitude that was echoing in her voice when she called me today at 13:30 until 14:22 regarding the loan I took with you guys last month, I think she's from the collections department. Worse you guys are the ones at fault to begin with NB: Please listen to her call, when you return or answer this rating I need feedback as to how you guys dealt with her and I want you guys to make her call me and apologize about her unmannered of approach. Now the initial thing that you need to fix. Nedbank captured my debit order date incorrectly and debited my account yesterday I was left on a negative balance. I kept on emphasizing on the call that I'm getting paid on the last day of the month and the agent guaranteed me it was gonna be that way, to my surprise yall debited on the 21st. I need my money returned and my account on a positive balance as the agreed debit date id the last day of the month. I'm going to take this to the ombudsman's if yall dont sort this out. Your agents are even harrasing me as if I'm a ***** or I'm at fault. Please take your agents back to training cause their customer service skill is on 0% they speak to us as if they speaking to animals. I repeat I want my money returned immediately

Last but not least Elizabeth that one also said she will help me it’s a guarantee she even offered me her personal WhatsApp number I was really convinced she would but she’s just like the rest she confirmed my number is being used by my neighbor pinky she asked me to send proof of address I did I also gave her pinky’s address she said it will be fixed still nothing when I WhatsApp her she blue ticks me she only texted me now when I informed her colleague Christina I’m logging a complaint. I cannot even let this slide how is it that you guys installed to my neighbor while it’s not her address and never asked for proof of payment which means we also need to use someone else’s wrong address😡I’m not gonna do that! Fix my address and stop this nonsense of not following the right process of installation. You turning us to things we not, I hardly complain but this is just BULL****!!!..Im reposting this because I think my query is closed as I had lost my phone I think my response wont be valid so I'm starting afresh

I was assisted by a consultant Nkosi Elizabeth Jabu yesterday at Standard Bank Constantia in signing up for a Flexi Funeral Plan her service was extremely exceptional she was very friendly and the premium was reasonable. Thank you so much standard bank for hiring such people. I even won my self a squeeze bottle In the raffle game I played after signing up 🎊😂 I'm very much happy ❤️
