sunset voucher complaint

My friend and I purchased a sunset voucher. We made a booking for 31 Oct. We late for our appointment due to traffic and we got lost. We did phone to advise we are lost and asked for directions. With the result we arrived at 14:30 and our appointment was for 2pm. Our voucher was supposed to be for 1hr 30 mins but nawhaal told us that because we were late we will loose the 30 mins .We still had to fill in forms and get undressed which probably took another 15mins. But we were so dissapointed and couldn't understand that our session ended at 15:30. Which means we only got a 45 min treatment. I still gave a good review that day but I never meant what I said. This was my first visit and I don't think I will go back or recommend this place to anyone. So dissappointed because my money was wasted!!!!!!
