Unprofessional

Room was ice old , and it was a real winters day today. Staff walked in a out of room a few times during my massage to fetch supplies. They had 4 rooms but only 2 heaters. I couldn't relax or enjoy the benefits of massage at all because I was freezing, the towel used was VERY thin. The girl that did facial walked in and out of room a few times to get supplies before she could start. Very unprofessional ! Very disappointed indeed.
