We were looking for people who install solar geyser and came across ETG Africa on Facebook, we made contacts to Bertie Therion who even came to our house to have a look, after two days he said we need to pay him a deposit so that he can purchase materials , which we did. Two days later when he had to come to install the Geyser Bertie started coming with excuses after excuses. A month later he still haven't installed our geyser, when we can't act him he says he will refund us our money to this day he hasn't refunded us our money or installed our geyser.

We are currently in the process of opening a case with SAPS for *****. Any person who can assist us to tract him down so that he can pay us back our money please do. We edge people not to give him a deposit before he delivers and do the work, because chances are he will run away with your money

It has been a painful journey to discover that he has ****med us our money, and he always promise to refund us, to this day he hasn't refunded us our money.
