We were looking for people who install solar geyser and came across ETG Africa on Facebook, we made contacts to Bertie Therion who even came to our house to have a look, after two days he said we need to pay him a deposit so that he can purchase materials , which we did. Two days later when he had to come to install the Geyser Bertie started coming with excuses after excuses. A month later he still haven't installed our geyser, when we can't act him he says he will refund us our money to this day he hasn't refunded us our money or installed our geyser. We are currently in the process of opening a case with SAPS for *****. Any person who can assist us to tract him down so that he can pay us back our money please do. We edge people not to give him a deposit before he delivers and do the work, because chances are he will run away with your money It has been a painful journey to discover that he has ****med us our money, and he always promise to refund us, to this day he hasn't refunded us our money.

Disappointed by VW Menlyn. They disrespected me!!
I am disappointed by VW Menlyn for poorly attending to my issue. I traded in my old car which they were supposed to settle it with the bank that was financing me, 10 days laters they still haven't settled that account, I only got to find out when that bank debited my account. It was a Hassel to get back my refund from them which this affected my mental and financial wellbeing.

Buffalo lost my parcel
Between Buffalo and Fastway, theu lost my parcel feom Shein and not they say I must contact Shein to claim my refund. I am not certisfied with this. They are the ones who lost my parcel, why should it be me who contact Shein in for refund? Shein has closed my case stating that delivery was unsuccessful as if I was not available to receive delivery from Fastway, whereas I was available and they gave me wrong parcel and I was decent enough to contact them immediately to give them back the wrong item i have received hoping they will bring my right item soon, only to hear from Buffalo after few days that they lost my parcel and i must claim my refund from Shein. Shein does not give refund unless you are returning an item Buffalo please get me my parcel or pay me the money i spent to purchase the parcel you lost.

Poor service
Buffalo logistics 's service is very poor. People' s parcels are not lt delivered on time and they claim they have a backlog. Backlog for what? Should it be the customers problem when they have backlog? Why don't they outsource other logistic companies. It is sad that that one is waiting for a parcel for a particular date, and that date has passed. So poor service!! And their customer agents are rude. ☹️

Vodacom wants to scam me
Why is vodacom making it difficult to process contract cancelation? I called the a month ago to cancel my contract, it was nkt processed. A week ago i spoke me to them again to process my contract, we agreed that they will debit my account last week, i was debited. A week later they still say my debit does not redlect on their side, this is bull****. Vodacom please just assist me to cancel my contract with you. I don't want to have contract with you anymore. I want to go to MTN!!

Refuse to pay
Seshego hail storm I am reporting nedbank house insurance ref c1020107035257 for house number 560 zone 3 seshego. The assessor came for assesment The problem is they said due to non maintanance of the roof they will not repair the damage now and in future. I am worried because WE ARE NOT THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE DISASTER AND WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE THE WHOLE TOWNSHIP OF SESHEGO EXPERIENCED THAT, THEIR REASON CANT BE THE SAME. Call: 082 730 8910

Unhappy
I have been in communication with cell c since March 2020, as my Identity number was used to fraudulently to get a cellphone contract. I have sent all the required documents, i.e. affidavit and copy of my identity so that they can clear my name, still 6 months later I have not heard anything from Cell C, they have blocked my identity number, I cannot open accounts anywhere, when I call them they are sending me from pillar to post. This is so devastating and tiring
