Rude and *********** eThekwini municipality technicians

I received a call from a very rude technician using this number +27 (61) *** I reported a fault early in the morning instead of coming to our area to repair the fault, they proceded to Verulam, we don’t have electricity in the area, I wonder how the municipality hires such rude people who behave as if they are doing the community a favour by rendering services
