I logged a fault before 3 am, technicians arrived around 6:30 and did not restore electricity in our area, our municipality is the most useless organisation, call centre agents are rude and hang up on calls whenever they see fit without providing a resolution nor a reference number, technicians arrive on site and do absolutely nothing about the fault…voting in this city is a waste of time, service is NOT delivered at all!!
I logged a ****** cable at my home residence Today around 3 am, I liaised with very rude consultants, one of them cut the call without advising nor following the call policy. I have provided all necessary details in order for a technician to be dispatched, however two men came to my home residence with no stock and said that they will liaise with their control room to send out someone else to rectify the fault, what frustrates me the most is that they called at 7:40 am requesting for directions, to my dismay they only arrived at my home residence close to 12 pm. I am very appalled with the level of services I’ve received from the Municipality, from the consultants to the guys that came to my home residence, I logged a fault early enough for the technician to be dispatched and I honestly don’t accept this delay. With this I am requesting for a technician to repair/ restore the cable TODAY!!!! It doesn’t make sense that the municipality would send individuals that are not in possession of required stock yet a fault was lodged way early this Morning.
I’m very appalled with the services that agent Felicia put me on hold and the call got dropped when I asked to speak to a manager, I even ran outta airtime, I want Linex to refund me my airtime for wasting my time and their poor management that doesn’t engage with dissatisfied customers
I’m extremely appalled with the services, I’ve BEEN waiting for my order, I have been following up but there is no progress yet I have paid!!!!
I have been trying to call Capitec and waited for more than an hour to get through to a consultant, it’s very appalling
I’m very disgusted and appalled with the level of services from Telkom, Billings agents are not answering the calls, Call avoidance is unmatched yet we pay our monies, I am very disgusted
It is AGAIN with immense frustration that I am writing this, made payment to Cell C on the 27th/05/2025 after they advised me that I missed a payment, then again they sent a message stating that the payment didn’t go through yet funds were deducted from my account, this is becoming beyond appalling it’s disgusting cause I’m obviously being ****med
I’m extremely appalled by the services from Cell C, I set up a debit order which debits my account on the 25th / 26th of the month, for the month of May, they me a reminder advising me that they will debit on the 26th/05/2025 to my dismay, they did not now suddenly they advised me that I have a missed payment when I asked when did they attempt to debit, they advised me that it was the 28th of May which I did not agree to and they are not willing to waver off the charges yet the inconvenience was on their side in top pot that they are the most expensive service provider with so much of unprofessionalism, I’m very upset and doubt that I would ever recommend them to anyone I know
