Useless as ever

You would think that having an app will improve their efficiency and effectiveness but that would be just too too much to ask from them. The globe, literally the whole world is aware that we have a resources issue hence the need to take care of what we have like for example water. We have been reporting a leaking pipe since July and last week they decided to close the case without even checking if the job was done. The next think my bill will be saying I owe thousands when infect its the lazy municipality workers who couldn't be bothered to follow up on a report that is likely to affect the neighborhood.
