REFUND NOT PAID BACK BY ETHIOPIAN AIRLINE

Our flight was cancelled by Ethiopia airlines and we received the refund of our tickets, but the money for the seats we booked was not refunded. They owe us R2454.00 I put in 3 complains (one was on whatsapp and the other two on their website
