REFUND NOT PAID BACK BY ETHIOPIAN AIRLINE
Our flight was cancelled by Ethiopia airlines and we received the refund of our tickets, but the money for the seats we booked was not refunded. They owe us R2454.00 I put in 3 complains (one was on whatsapp and the other two on their website Booking ref : MHTXIY For Mare Oeloff Kruger and Helena bertha Kruger. Please can you look into the matter. Thank you HB Kruger

BAD AFTER SERVICE AT VERIMARK
I bought a Genesis TurboVac cordless vacuum cleaner.After using it twice the locking catch of the polish roller broke and also the polish roller was not turning anymore.I bought it online as there is no verimark store in Port Alfred where I live. I sent it with my sister to the verimark shop in The Mall Of Africa.From there it was sent to be repaired After it was repaired I had to pay the courier cost of R230.00 for it to be delivered to Port Alfred.However when testing the vacuum cleaner the locking catch was replaced but the polishing roller still was not working!! And now I have to pay the courier cost again to send it back and again to be able to receive it back in Port Alfred!!That will be R230 X 2 +R230 =R690. I paid R1,499 for the vacuum cleaner and with all the courier costs it will be R1499+ 690= R2189 !!! Really this is bad after sale service and I am super disappointed and frustrated.
