Poor workmanship and unbelievably rude
These guys are unbelievably rude. They did a toilet repair for me, which they botched and left the toilet leaking. When I phoned the owner Etienne to inform him, he gave me the third degree and properly interrogated me, refusing to believe his team could make an error and treating me like I was some kind of idiot. I was warned not to use them before but stupidly contacted them as I was in a pinch. But never again, Etienne is the rudest person I have ever dealt with and then they can't even do a basic job.

Unsatisfactory plumbing services
Services rendered were of a substandard nature. We experienced that the owner of the business was very unprofessional during the follow-up session held with him. Will not recommend this company.

WHITE TRASH !!!
This is the worst white person that you can work for, he steels old peoples money, he is a ***** if you ever want to work for free you can work for this peace of ****!! he does no pay his staff and treats them like the **** that comes out from his ass!! He is a dog and does not deserve to live!!!He is a ******* with no heart - he is not register was SARS nor UIF he is just going around steeling from people, breaking their stuff to create work for him !! He does not even know anything about plumbing - PLEASE NEVER USE THIS MAN DONT TRUST HIM IN YOUR PROPERTY'S

Sooo bad, Etienne Botha Pumbers - also known as "Good Plumbers" what a joke, absolute rip off, seems their main task is to go and collect call out fees of R1000.00 per call, why do actual work when this is all that needs to be done, stay far away.

Do not make use of their services I had them over yesterday just before 10. They were here about 30 minutes and, the guy said he doesn't have prices on pipes with him and will get me a quote within 30min to an hour. Almost 2 days later and still waiting. Charged me a callout fee + 1h labour = R1000 thanks for nothing still stuck with a leaking pipe

I had the plumbing company in question quote on damage and work to be done at my residence. I was impressed with the plumber giving the quotes explanation and attitude, but that is where it all ended. After 5 days and numerous emails and phone calls for a coherent and properly structured damage report (one on a letterhead and not emailed or scrawled on a piece of blank paper, rambling and reciting the quote) I eventually received an email to state that the company was "fully booked" and could no longer assist. As result, I had to recommence the process, with a leaking second story slab. Highly unprofessional and unethical in their administrative/management department. Can you imagine their "after sales service"??
