Etsy fast tracking is not fast at all

On October 12, I placed and order and chose fast delivery, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received my product.

When I complained I was told that the selection is not fast delivery.

It is extremely frustrating to order something and have to wait for over 2 weeks when I was told it was fast tracking.
