Dear Bassant and the Eucerin Team,
I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with how my case was handled regarding the adverse reaction I experienced with your product.
So i contacted their customer service team beforehand requesting samples /testers for oily skin as the stores always don't have samples. Bassant advised they are unable to provide same. i was then advised to purchase 3 products for oily skin. purchased them and i have been using them for 2 weeks now only to see that my skin is 10x oilier than it previously was. and my only concern was OILY skin. no ****les, no blemishes nothing! now I'm basically sitting with useless products that costed me R1120. i reached out to advise Bassant again, and all i get is a useless ****** damn automated copied and pasted apology stating that they cannot offer any replacement or refund!!!!
how is this assisting customers in any way? had they provided me with testers, we would not be in this situation. I could have made an informed decision before making the purchase. EUCERIN IS A BIG ****!!!!!! THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND ***********! I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.
