I am absolutely sick and tired pf the service from this bank!!!! Every year is a struggle when I need forms to be stamped and signed. ALL the other online banks respond within 2 days BUT DISCOVERY IS FULL OF ****ING ****. I have been calling for the past 3 weeks and they keep telling me they will escalate my request to the letters department. PLEASE NO NOT EVER BANK WITH DISCOVERY, YOU WILL GET NO JOY OR ASSISTANCE!!!! I am demanding management or head office to contact me or urgently forward my requested documents!!! I have the worse experience ever! It was my birthday and my husband wanted to treat me to a 5 star experience so we visited the Rockets Menlyn. We were the only guests there as we arrived at 11am. We ordered drinks and I requested a hooka pipe with watermelon and mint flav. The manager then advised he no longer has those flavours but can mix something else. I agreed. Whilst he was busy, they served our drinks, NO COASTERS, NO WIPES, NO SERVIETTES. we had to then request for it. They brought me the hooka ,it was horrible bearing in mind its R420. The coal was cutting my throat, there was no actual taste of flavour. So I raised a complaint with the manager and he asked the team to change the flav again. The waiter then dropped the hooka head on the table, all the coal fell everywhere, ash in our drinks. Bits of coal fell on my foot, the carpet was burnt. It was a whole damn mess!!!! Eventually I asked them to cancel the hooka because I was just over it. This is extremely disappointing , the service is just absolutely disgusting. Management did not even offer any solution, instead he fled. We then paid and left. I have photos of everything. And would like to escalate this matter to their headoffice and also make social media aware of the poor service at Menlyn. I will never recommend this branch to anyone.
POOR AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! you can never get ahold of them, they never respond to emails! my parcel was delivered however all items were damaged /stained and a few items were missing. Shein processed a refund and requested that i contact Imile for a refund on customs as I'm basically sitting with a parcel that is defected and of no use and they refuse to process a refund.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS WEBSITE OR STAY AT PILI PILI HOTELS ZANZIBAR!!!!!!! i booked accommodation through booking.com to stay at PILI PILI PARADISE /BEACH HOTEL. Firstly, the hotel randomly decided to change their name, you cannot find them on google. then they cancel my booking for 01/06 without informing me and no information about my refund! yet they did send me numerous confirmations and insisted that i pay 90% of the rate to confirm my booking. BIG ****MERS!!!
Dear Bassant and the Eucerin Team, I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with how my case was handled regarding the adverse reaction I experienced with your product. So i contacted their customer service team beforehand requesting samples /testers for oily skin as the stores always don't have samples. Bassant advised they are unable to provide same. i was then advised to purchase 3 products for oily skin. purchased them and i have been using them for 2 weeks now only to see that my skin is 10x oilier than it previously was. and my only concern was OILY skin. no ****les, no blemishes nothing! now I'm basically sitting with useless products that costed me R1120. i reached out to advise Bassant again, and all i get is a useless ****** damn automated copied and pasted apology stating that they cannot offer any replacement or refund!!!! how is this assisting customers in any way? had they provided me with testers, we would not be in this situation. I could have made an informed decision before making the purchase. EUCERIN IS A BIG ****!!!!!! THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND ***********! I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER.
*********** IS AN UNDER STATEMENT! i have emailed my child's bursary form that need to be stamped over a week ago. i have been calling them EVERYDAY and all they keep telling me is they have escalated the matter and i will receive my form by the end of today. i called this morning and was advised the TM will directly send them to me by 11am latest. its now 11.36am and i am still on hold with their *********** call centre. they are useless. do not choose to bank with them!!
Pampers premium care FAIL
so i am currently 8 months pregnant and i was craving calamari this weekend so we popped down to OB in centurion mall of all the restaurants that serve seafood..i was totally disappointed in the service and the food! firstly, the waiter was completely deadbeat, everything you ask him he doesn't know. we ordered starters and were completely shocked at the quality and the quantity. the calamari strips were salty and burnt. the deep-fried prawn sushi was like raw so i could not even eat it as I am pregnant. then the main meal was a total mess. My husband ordered the prawn and calamari combo which was priced for R224 and he received a childs portion, this is not the service we previously received. i had ordered the calamari head and tube main and i received a completely burnt portion of heads. we then complained to the manager, and he "REPLACED" the heads with a new batch of burnt heads. I'm very disgusted at this service. i mean my bill was around R670 but honestly what i am paying for? this service is totally unacceptable. i will take my pregnancy craving somewhere else!! total *******. i still have my slip and many photos and would the head office to contact me
WHAT A ****! so we moved into a new apartment on the 01 June and filled pre paid electricity to the value of R2000.00. we then received the token and was given OVER ****wh units. we then filled electricity again on the 01 July for R2000.00 and only received 441kwh. how the hell does this happen? WHY ARE WE BEING ****** BY THIS COMPANY? it's enough that we are struggling in this economy but eventually my 2k will be worth nothing. i need a valid damn explanation because this if ****ing day Light *******!!! you call the Centre and their *********** staff cannot even give you an explanation. they just don't know anything. then ive been told apparently you pay more per kwh every month. TELL ME HOW THE ****?????
So we visited the centurion mall wimpy this morning for a quick breakfast. We decided to order lunch as it was almost 12. I had the double schnitzel with mushroom sauce, my son had the classic cheese burger and my husband had the triple grill. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, We then received news that there was a family emergency we had to rush, asked the waitress to please cancel the order, she refused and mentioned the food is on the way out. To my surprise, In less than 2 minutes we received our meals. I am totally disgusted at my husbands food.. He was so disappointed, starving and extremely put off. The food had a raw, couchy smell. You could literally smell and taste the sheep! We complained to the waiter, who then called I'm not sure if it was the manager, however it was a black woman with short blonde hair who then replaced the meal. They gave us ****ty attitude, she kept giving me horrible stares and she just stood with the waiter behind us gossiping and making us feel uncomfortable. Anyway, we received the thrill of the grill in less than 2 minutes. I'm amazed how they are faster than a drive thru. My husband was still not happy, the sausage was tasteless, the chicken was pink inside and the peri peri sauce was sour for some reason. We didn't complain as we felt bad and thought the staff would then think we are just being difficult. Also, we were rushing and didn't have time for this. Hence, I am laying a complaint with head office. The food and service is totally disgusting. As a breakfast restaurant, you would expect more smiles and friendly staff. Poor service! This is unacceptable. We spent R480 where as we could have had a lovely meal at spur and would've been totally satisfied with the food and the service. I would like to be contacted by head office. I have my slip available with the waiter and order details
