Suffering with pain and a suprise bill.

Before you go there,make sure you have contacted you're medical aid,to find out if they will pay for the admittance,or if you have to be admitted into the hospital,i was there on Monday 11:39,i was in terrible pain in my leg,i was seen after 16:00,after multiple patients was seen not in actual pain like me,and went home,their pain chart is a useless procedure it does not work,and was told im being admitted,not actually seen the dr .i was admitted without outhorisation,due to my medical aid only works untill 16:00 !omw!fine i go get xrays,got about 19:00 in ward,o yes please complain if you are hurt during a drip incert,my drip in my hand,was done wrong the pain meds seeped out if my hand,during the night the drip fluids are removed so i lay in pain ,without any fluids conected,i walked up and down the hallways with this excruciating pain in my leg untill i fell asleep,the nurses did not even knew i was not in the ward,i could have,been suicidal and killed myself they would not know about it,anyway,after 2 nightmare nights and days in pain i was told ,well sorry the medical aid refuses to give authorisation for my hospitalisation,not the next morning after my admittance but 2 days later,this just before 12 ,so now im billed for another whole day,do actually i must leave,due to no one us going to get paid,but i am responsible for the account ,so now ,3 meals included,medesine they took back that was left over etc,have to pay for this whole terrible experience out if pocket,which i don't have ,and when i left i was still limping with pain ,suddenly they wanted to give me a wheelchair to go out side the hospital,for what ,while u was booked in ,i gad to suffer in silence,very lityle oain meds,and nurses did not give a f.tge way how certain staff are treating patients is unacceptable, it's not steve biko here!but they act like it .
