Placed my order on Monday, added more stuff on Tuesday. Received delivery today (Friday). Great service, was pleasant to deal with Alyssa and the products arrived in KZN in one piece. Kudos to Cargo National the courier that they use as well.

Be very careful when you shop online with this lot. I ordered what I thought was a shower cubicle - because that is what the picture showed. Turns out it's only a door. I paid a lot of money to have it delivered in Cape Town, so returning it is not really an option. The wording on the ad (which they changed after my complaint) was unclear and absolutely did not state that it was only a door and not as shown in the picture. They promised to call me back to try and find a resolution but nobody ever called. I was simply left to sort out their unholy mess. So, be very careful if you shop online - they post dishonest pictures of the products.

Pathetic. Nobody is eager to assist when you enter the store. Despite that a bought a flavio toilet set. Afte half a day the rubbers under the seat came loose and after a few ittirations the one rubber was gone. Probably flushed away. The branch was not prepared to help me!!! They say there are NO spares available. Stay away

These guys are really good and the quality is really good. I dealt directly with Imraan the manager and there were some damaged tiles delivered he sorted it out promptly the next day. All I can say is he was awesome my tiles are laid and the quality is superior. I’ve used CTM and Tile Africa and I still say these guys are the best. Love walking into my home now. Especially the manner Imraan approaches issues he solves anything immediately to ensure the customer is fully fully satisfied. I do strongly suggest dealing with him directly though

These guys are really good and the quality is really good. I dealt directly with Imraan the manager and there were some damaged tiles delivered he sorted it out promptly the next day. All I can say is he was awesome my tiles are laid and the quality is superior. I’ve used CTM and Tile Africa and I still say these guys are the best. Love walking into my home now. Especially the manner Imraan approaches issues he solves anything immediately to ensure the customer is fully fully satisfied. I do strongly suggest dealing with him directly though

Before going in store I called on 21/02/2024.@08:16 to find out if items were in stock as they were not in stock the previous day. My number was taken down and was told I would be called back. I was called back at 08:40 and the person who called me asked for the details on the quote. I provided the item number and was told they were in stock. I told them I will be coming in store to collect and everything must be together. Arrived at the store met with Sondera who took the quote and I made payment as per the quote and was directed to the warehouse to pick up. When I arrived at the warehouse only half the order was available. Returned to the store and asked Sondera why he didn't notify us that the items were not available before we made payment. Also that when he called earlier he assured me the items are in stock and will be ready for collection when I arrive. He was very rude in his response and started to argue loudly saying he didn't say items will be available. Then asked why didn't he say before paying. Sondera does not know anything about customer service. He is disrespectful and rude in his response. He could've simply apologised and said perhaps there was a misunderstanding. I would have understood. Instead he chose to make noise to make his point. After such a loud noise and him arguing instead of providing a solution the store manager was able to give us the items which he said belonged to another customer. I have bought quite a few items from this store in the past but this was by far the worst experience from your employee Sondera. I told him to listen to the recording where he confirmed that stock was available but he chose to make noise instead spoiling what was supposed to be my beautiful birthday. Please ensure your employees are trained and know how to speak to customers who support your business.

We bought 3 basins at Euro Bath and Tile in Centurion. When the plumber took out one of the basins to install on the vanity it cracked into 3 pieces. When we inspected the other 2 basins we realized that there was signs of them being glued in certain areas. I took the basins back to the store for a refund. I was advised that they will only refund me for the 2 basins. It's been 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for the refund. The excuses range from " its the banks fault, to we are waiting for authorization from various departments. The store sells low quality products and their customer service is very bad. Even considering legal action to get my R 4000 refund because they are coming with different stories every time we contact them regarding why my money has not been paid back yet.
