What a seamless experience. I uploaded the 3d printable documents directly on their site, got the immediate quote, placed the order and made payment. Their system kept me up to date automatically via email and I received my order a few days later. The quality is excellent, they even drilled the holes for me in the items where holes were needed. I highly recommend them and will definitely make use of their services again!
One is always scared to order something online, especially if you have not heard of the place or have not dealt with them prior. In this instance, I placed a fairly (which I would think) large order and hoped for the best. I had constant communication from their sales team Philip Erlank in in particular who kept me in the loop of the order process. They even picked up a problem with the shower head that I ordered and advised me that they are awaiting a replacement from their supplier before they will dispatch my order. I received my order within their stipulated delivery time (even with the slight delay of waiting for the shower head). Everything arrived in one piece (even the toilet). I will definitely order from them again. Great service and very professional.
Placed my order on Monday, added more stuff on Tuesday. Received delivery today (Friday). Great service, was pleasant to deal with Alyssa and the products arrived in KZN in one piece. Kudos to Cargo National the courier that they use as well.
The endless spamming of calls received from companies YOU appoint to trick and force you into upgrades the moment your lines are eligible for upgrades are getting out of hand. After NUMEROUS calls from them you begin to get fed-up and when you push back they think they can return the favor. This is UTTER nonsense. I need to find out how to lay this complaint formally to the relevant parties so that Vodacom can start receiving the fines and stop appointing third party companies to impersonate them and FORCE their way into your finances.
If you are self-employed, do not bother to submit an application. They merely disregard, discredit and discriminate against you. Rather stick with the banks.
Never thought I will be writing a bad review on The Courier Guy. Their so called "call centre agents" have got NO CLUE how to deal with customers, especially if THEY are in the wrong, trying to make it that YOU as the customer are in the wrong. They have NO CLUE what the word OVERNIGHT means. Being a customer since they basically opened their doors, it seems that they have grown into a large corporation who just don't care. Well, there are other alternatives and companies. I would rather pay more for better service. Closing my account.
It is clear that the country next to the name is the problem. Absolutely NO service from the team at the airport. Customs clearance done on 6 December 2023, package arrived on 10 December 2023 (This is not on the tracking info) and on the 18th of December 2023 still stuck on completed customs clearance on 6 December 2023 with no indication of when delivery will take place. But you must pay the dollars for the shipment and service. Pathetic.
I am sure everybody will agree with my major concern and complaint. Can Makro advise why they have cashiers? The cashiers should be replaced by the "security" idiots who stand across every cashier watching you as you unpack, the cashier scan every item, and you pay for each of those items that has just been scanned under their "gawking hawk eyes". After paying and LITERALLY taking one step from the cashier they attack you and dig through your bags after they physically gawked at you while you are paying for the items. There's a way to check and ensure that theft does not occur, but this is taking it too far. This is making me feel like a ********. The next time this happens I WILL stand there and DEMAND a refund on my THOUSANDS OF RANDS purchase and leave the stuff there. You are not the only store selling the stuff you sell.
Steer clear... This worked about 2 years ago however, they do not seem to have funds in their accounts to settle your claims. They do not respond to requests either.
Purchased a lounge suite on 25 March 2023. Was told that delivery will take three weeks as the impression was given that the suite is imported. 14 April 2023 I was informed that they cannot offload the containers at the port due to the strong winds. 17 April 2023 I was informed that they cannot deliver due to protests at the Durban Port on 16 April 2023. 18 April 2023 no delivery. 19 April 2023 I am informed that the container is on its way to Johannesburg to offload. I enquired why is it on its way to Johannesburg as the delivery is in Durban at Scottburgh? Only then I was informed THAT THE SUITE HAS BEEN IN JOHANNESBURG ALL ALONG!!! They advise that they use a shipping company ONCE A MONTH to ship orders!!!! Later the same evening I am informed that the shipping company has not finished offloading or loading the container, so guess what, no delivery on 20 April 2023 either!!! You pay an additional hefty amount for delivery only so that they can save on shipping costs and purposefully delay your order FOR A MONTH just because they ship orders once a month!! This is not communicated to you when you make your purchase!!! So for almost a week, every day a different excuse for no delivery!! This is how you treat your cash paying customers, and for one of the most expensive suites in the shop as well! What will the excuse be tomorrow?! #NoDelivery #PoorService #Sevens
