Got the Sirair Sigma unit and honestly, I’m really happy with it. It cools fast and works better than I expected. It’s also pretty quiet, which I like. Looks nice too, not bulky like some others I’ve had. Haven’t had any issues so far, and it doesn’t seem to use a lot of power.

I recently purchased and installed a Sirair Alpha, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The process was smooth and professional. The team was friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about their products. The unit itself performs exceptionally well. It is quiet, energy-efficient, and keeps the temperature perfectly balanced. The built-in Wi-Fi control is a fantastic bonus that makes it easy to monitor and adjust settings remotely. What really stood out for me was the after-sales service. Sirair followed up to ensure everything was working perfectly and answered all my questions without delay. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with genuinely caring customer support. Top notch products and superb company to deal with. Have been using Sirair for most of our projects over the last 9years. The team is always willing to assist and their back up service is great! Would highly recommend them as they have been around for 22years unlike a lot of these other pop up HVAC companies.

⚠️ Shocking Service – Proceed with Caution! I purchased a 13.2kW heat pump from Sir Air, which was oversized by 5kW for my pool. Despite their confident sales pitch, after 48 hours of continuous operation, my pool temperature has only increased by 2 degrees. Now, instead of taking responsibility, they’re blaming my pipe setup—even though I had solar heating working flawlessly for over 10 years on the exact same system! Clearly, they don’t understand pool heating dynamics, and their support in South Africa is non-existent. No real help, no accountability, just excuses. South African buyers: beware. You're likely to be left in the cold—literally.

I went ahead and bought 2 Inverter Aircons from Sir air Last year and had a excellent experience from presales to physical installation. This year I decided to buy another unit from my newborn. The Unit worked well for the first 3 months but then I started noticing that there is a huge temperature mismatch. Dion from Sir air directly came through and assisted me with the issue. We then noticed that when the unit is set to AUTO it simply wont heat. This issue was confirmed by Dion and not by myself as the client. Now I have to call and email daily to get feedback and every day I get a different "Checking with factory \ escalating \ speaking to directors. I honestly don't care as this unit is faulty and I needed a resolution in less then a month. Great product and technical team but unfortunately they will do everything in their power to not assist with warranty issues. Would not recommend at all due to after service when commercials are involved. Be Careful and rather go with a vendor that assists. Shout out to Dion that is trying his best

I paid for installation of an air-con and the installation was not done. I m now requesting for refund and they refuse to give me my money on the basis that they did not send me an invoice despite the fact that I sent them proof of payment I actioned.
