Before going in store I called on 21/02/2024.@08:16 to find out if items were in stock as they were not in stock the previous day. My number was taken down and was told I would be called back. I was called back at 08:40 and the person who called me asked for the details on the quote. I provided the item number and was told they were in stock. I told them I will be coming in store to collect and everything must be together. Arrived at the store met with Sondera who took the quote and I made payment as per the quote and was directed to the warehouse to pick up. When I arrived at the warehouse only half the order was available. Returned to the store and asked Sondera why he didn't notify us that the items were not available before we made payment. Also that when he called earlier he assured me the items are in stock and will be ready for collection when I arrive. He was very rude in his response and started to argue loudly saying he didn't say items will be available. Then asked why didn't he say before paying. Sondera does not know anything about customer service. He is disrespectful and rude in his response. He could've simply apologised and said perhaps there was a misunderstanding. I would have understood. Instead he chose to make noise to make his point. After such a loud noise and him arguing instead of providing a solution the store manager was able to give us the items which he said belonged to another customer. I have bought quite a few items from this store in the past but this was by far the worst experience from your employee Sondera. I told him to listen to the recording where he confirmed that stock was available but he chose to make noise instead spoiling what was supposed to be my beautiful birthday. Please ensure your employees are trained and know how to speak to customers who support your business.
