On 07 January I made an eft payment and sent an email to life@sanlam.co.za to allocate the payment to December and not to double debit as advised my sanlam Adviser. An email was received confirming my account is up to date. Today a double debit order has gone off my account. Please arrange for an immediate refund of the additional amount that was taken from my account. This is urgent I have other debit orders that will be going off my account. I have tried calling but have been on hold for more than 40 minutes. Also no response via WhatsApp.
Please arrange for urgent delivery and invoice of all items purchased online.I have placed an online order and did not receive any invoice. I have been calling last week and sent emails but still no invoice received for the order I made. Also delivery should have been finalised on Saturday, yet today a delivery was made but one of the items listed on the delivery note was not delivered but noted on the delivery note
Please can I have a clear explanation as to why my RCP loan application was approved yesterday then today I am notified that it is declined. I went through the application process with a consultant and he confirmed that the application is approved. He also confirmed the amount and debit order. I also received an SMS confirming application was approved. I told the consultant I to contact me today to finalise. Today I am told credit has declined my application with no clear reason other than 'do not meet credit requirements'. Please can I have a clear reason why I was approved yesterday only to be told today that credit has declined it.
Insurance added to my bond without my request or approval or notice. I have existing insurance with another company and proof was provided that I have insurance with another company.
Being charged SMS fee but did not opt in. I would like this to be cancelled and refunded.
Always debiting before the debit order date. Please can this be fixed. Debit order should be the last day of the month and not any day you decide.
Geyser still under warranty burst and was replaced. Assessor cam out to assess the damages caused by the burst geyser and reported ceiling damage. I am now expected to pay from my own pocket for ceiling damage for something that was still under warranty. The insurer should bare the cost as the insurer appointed the company that supp**** and installed the geyser. I cannot be expected to pay access or any dame relating to geyser burst while still under warranty.
Very bad service received from the supplier in Centurion. The manner in which he communicated after failing to pick up their skip which is here longer than the agreement is very bad and he didn't care when I told him and went on to say he doesn't need a customer like me. Had I known I would receive really bad service I would not have got with them.
My debit order day is on the 30th of every month. This month Nedbank debited my account on the 27th without any notification. This is not treating customers fairly
I have been having issues with 21st Century Life underwritten by Old Mutual since inception. First there was a dispute about the cover for my children which was not as per what was sold to me and now a simple request to change the debit order date to the 25th has been ignored. I have sent numerous requests every month from November 2023 requesting that my debit order date be moved to the 25th of each month. I received different tickets numbers with each request yet nothing is being done. I have sent the request to customer support thereafter I sent to the individual emails yet today still another debit order went off on the wrong date. I would like a full refund now of all premiums paid and to cancel this policy because I can see I will struggle during claim stage based on the bad experience I have had with this company over the years.
