Appalling Service

<p>My Family and I went to have a late breakfast at Europa in Douglasdale this morning. We immediately started off with a bad start as we asked the manager if we could sit at another table and he just nodded, no greeting nothing. We ordered and waited at least an hour for our food. When the food arrived there was hardly any salmon on the bagel and eggs. Our waiteress Elma did not check up on us and we ordered water to which it never came. When paying the bill we were informed that the card machine doesnt work, yet we were not told this when we arrived. I had no cash on me and asked the manager if i could pay some now and come back and pay the rest. He got upset and said he will try the machine. The transaction went through and he just threw the receipt at me not telling me if it when through or not. I did not receiev an apology or anything. The manager is very rude, not friendly at all or helpful.Terrible way to start my day. My family and I will definitely not be returning.</p>
