I was unable to post my update yesterday due to an electricity outage which caused my phone to switch off. A lady from Evans Debt Solutions contacted me yesterday and informed me that she would investigate my case and call me back at 16:00. Unfortunately, I never received the follow-up call. This matter has now been pending for over 6 months regarding the removal of my debt review flag. I have been patient and cooperative and have provided all the necessary information, but I still have not received a clear timeline or resolution. I have kept records of all communication, including calls and messages regarding this matter. If it is not possible for Evans Debt Solutions to remove my name from debt review as promised, I kindly request that the fees I paid be refunded. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the National Credit Regulator.
