I was unable to post my update yesterday due to an electricity outage which caused my phone to switch off. A lady from Evans Debt Solutions contacted me yesterday and informed me that she would investigate my case and call me back at 16:00. Unfortunately, I never received the follow-up call. This matter has now been pending for over 6 months regarding the removal of my debt review flag. I have been patient and cooperative and have provided all the necessary information, but I still have not received a clear timeline or resolution. I have kept records of all communication, including calls and messages regarding this matter. If it is not possible for Evans Debt Solutions to remove my name from debt review as promised, I kindly request that the fees I paid be refunded. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the National Credit Regulator.
I joined the reward program because I needed a loan. However, I noticed that money is being deducted from my account twice in a month. I did not expect these transactions. Please cancel my subscription and stop any further deductions.
I have been waiting 6 months for the removal of my debt review flag with Evans Debt Solutions, yet there has been no proper communication or updates. This is unacceptable. I expect immediate action, or I will escalate to the National Credit Regulator.
I paid Evans Debt Solutions to assist me with being removed from Debt Review. My final payment was on 15/09/2025, and since then I have not received any proper update regarding the status of my removal. I have called several times and I am always told to “wait 60 days for the application to reach the legal department.” I do not understand why it is so difficult to remove the Debt Review red flag when all my credit providers have already been fully paid. The lack of communication and progress is very frustrating, and I expected a more professional and efficient service. I am still waiting for clear feedback and proper assistance with finalising this process.
I am very unhappy with the service from Affinity Health. I had a conversation with one of their consultants and we discussed possibly joining. However, I never received any contract or documentation from them to confirm or agree to anything. Despite not receiving a contract, Affinity Health still deducted money from my account. I did not give any final confirmation or approval for deductions to be made. This is unacceptable. I want my money refunded immediately and the issue resolved urgently.
Worst Service Ever – Evans Debt Solutions! They don't care.
I am writing to formally express my grievances regarding my experience with Intec College, which I believe will help other prospective students avoid similar issues. I registered at Intec College in March of last year, with my employer covering the tuition fees. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous challenges since that time: 1. Communication Issues: I have been unable to reach Intec College through their phone lines, as my calls have gone unanswered. Additionally, my emails have not elicited any response. This lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. 2. Lack of Course Materials: To date, I have not received any textbooks or other educational materials from the college. This has severely hindered my ability to engage with the course content. 3. Student Portal Access: The student portal has been non-functional, making it impossible for me to access important information regarding my studies and assignments. 4. Unreceived Assignment Results: I submitted an assignment around June/July, but have yet to receive any feedback or results. 5. Request for Refund and Deregistration: In light of these issues, I have previously emailed the college requesting a refund and to initiate the deregistration process, but I have received no response. 6. Examination Delays: I was informed that the December exams were postponed to January 2025, and later rescheduled to March. However, as of now, no examinations have taken place, leading to further uncer*****y regarding my academic progress. My employer is now requesting academic results for 2024, and I find myself in a difficult situation due to the lack of support and communication from Intec College. I believe these circumstances indicate a lack of professional integrity on the part of the institution, and I am concerned that they are operating in a manner that could be considered *****ulent.
Poor service from this company. I paid them to remove my name from debt review flag and I've been waiting to be removed for 7 months now.
These are scammers I paid them to remove my name from debt review, paid them in installments for 3 mnths. They only take people's money and promise to help them. I've been waiting to removed for 7 months now and when I call them they are not answering.
