Disappointing / Horrible Service / Unprofessional
Dear EDS Team,
My name is Noel, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received from your company. I was led to believe that EDS is committed to helping individuals in debt review, yet my experience has been quite the opposite.
At the outset of my engagement with EDS, your team was responsive to my calls and emails, providing hope and guidance. However, once my payments began, communication has ceased entirely. I have been waiting for updates for the past seven months, and despite my daily attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have received no replies.
When I do manage to get through, I am met with the same explanations — that my documents are with your lawyer, and that a backlog in the courts is causing delays. This lack of communication and accountability is simply unacceptable, especially considering my last payment was made in August 2025.
I urge you to address these concerns promptly and provide me with a clear update on my situation. I hope to see a commitment to better communication going forward.
