Disappointing / Horrible Service / Unprofessional Dear EDS Team, My name is Noel, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received from your company. I was led to believe that EDS is committed to helping individuals in debt review, yet my experience has been quite the opposite. At the outset of my engagement with EDS, your team was responsive to my calls and emails, providing hope and guidance. However, once my payments began, communication has ceased entirely. I have been waiting for updates for the past seven months, and despite my daily attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have received no replies. When I do manage to get through, I am met with the same explanations — that my documents are with your lawyer, and that a backlog in the courts is causing delays. This lack of communication and accountability is simply unacceptable, especially considering my last payment was made in August 2025. I urge you to address these concerns promptly and provide me with a clear update on my situation. I hope to see a commitment to better communication going forward. How can you rate ******, these people are nothing but *******. They ***** from us who struggle. I was desperate for a cell phone contract I can pay it but they took my money and now they do not answer my call or email. This is just wrong. But I know people like this will get there day.
Awesome service, I purchase a vehicle from ProCor Auto in Montague Gardens. From the first call I made to the dealer they where very help full. I spoke to Jean, the gentlemen was very assistant and kept me up to date with the process of the purchase. Then I was met with the financial Juwaya, she was also amazing taking me through the contract step by step. A few days after the purchase I met with the owner and I can say that all the service was just awesome. A day's later I notice a sound from the exhaust. I contacted them again and they informed me that I can bring the car in and the assisted me to short out the sound. Thank you for your assistance and amazing service.
Good Morning All Hello Peter readers, This is a follow-up on my previous review for Kessel Motors in Loop Street. Thank you to the amazing team again. All services is always amazing from the Management (Sandra & Paul) you guys is just amazing its really nice to call them and they can remember your name and your car. It feels really good when the staff greet you with your name when you walk in there. You are an amazing team. Like I said previously I would recommend this branch to anyone that needs there car Services or just or just an oil change visit Kessel Motors in Loop Street. From the lady at reception, staff on the floor and the management team are all just awesome. From Noel America, Over the last year I have been dealing with Kessel Motors Loop Street. Service from them is for me one of the best I have seen and experience. A few month back I had a issue with my car that a few other places could not resolve and I took it to this Branch. This is where I met with Frans and Sandra. Sandra assured me that they can find the problem. The problem was found the next day and it was resolved. This was unbelievable and awesome service. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. This week again I took my car in on Tuesday to the car that is losing water and with in a few hours I got a call back and they found the problem. But sadly because of the part that was delayed and my car had to over night. Yesterday morning I was informed that the part arrived and the will be ready late afternoon. To me customer service it out most important as I work with customers myself, to me I find this service very satisfactory. I get the update when I need it. Staff is friendly and helpful Thank You Sandra, Frans and the team.
This is my experience from a man that was in stress as know one could figure out a problem on a car that is 10 years old. Since the moment I walk in from the receptionist to the management Frans & Sandra and there team of staff was excellent and no doubt that I would recommend to PEOPLE to go and see them. It all started on the 30 March 2021, when my car started going to limp mode I took my car to three different place and know one could tell my what was the problem or fix the problem. Some place I left my car for two weeks and no results but I still had to pay for the other stuff they did put on or tried. The morning I walked in to Kessel Motors in Cape Town I met with Sandra and Frans the two where not just convinces but assured me that they can fix it. They told me told me leave the car and we will get back to you and this was the other think they did come back to me and told what the find and what it will cost be for the end of that day. I could not believe it but they convince me. Its not that they just fix my car but I have build a friendship with the people and staff of Kessel Motors. But when they said they will call me they did. This is what I love and the called me with the full description of the problem. They even called me the next day just to see if everything is ok and if the car is running normal. I would like to THANK Kessel Motors for a service done excellently.
Today I the opportunity to speak to a gentleman by the name of Kevin, Kevin you made it so easy for me, speaking to you was like speaking to a personal friend, someone who know what I needed and wanted. With your help I was able to take my son to the doctor in time.
