Disappointing service

I booked a Full pedi with Medi heel at the Northrididng branch and after she painted my very horribly painted toenails which I asked her to repaint, she said they don’t have a medi heel treatment - it ran out. After the second attempt of her painting my nails I gave up, and then not having the treatment sealed the deal because why was this not communicated beforehand so I could go elsewhere? I incurred transport costs and additional costs for nails I need to soak off soon anyways.
