Worst Service
Worst service I have ever experienced. Buhle did my eyelashes and I have never been in so much pain! The soak off burned my eyes. She installed the lashes basically on my eyeball. My eyes hurt and won’t stop watering. I have work tomorrow! How will I even be able to cope using my laptop. The lashes are scratching my eyeball. I paid R420 for nonsense. STAY AWAY FROM BUHLE-Northriding.

Worst Service

EPIC FEET SCRUB AND PARAFFIN WAX FAIL. THE WORST
Avoid feet scrubbing and paraffin wax. However cheap and tempting. Utter waste of money. Did it about four times already and each time l vowed never to go back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You will go back as you came. Staff otherwise friendly and professional. Beautiful set up too but DO NOT FEET SCRUB OR DO PARAFFIN WAX.

Disappointing service
I booked a Full pedi with Medi heel at the Northrididng branch and after she painted my very horribly painted toenails which I asked her to repaint, she said they don’t have a medi heel treatment - it ran out. After the second attempt of her painting my nails I gave up, and then not having the treatment sealed the deal because why was this not communicated beforehand so I could go elsewhere? I incurred transport costs and additional costs for nails I need to soak off soon anyways.

Disappointing service

Most Terrible service ever
My younger sister went to the Randburg branch for tips and gel overlay and the nail tech Palesa Moisi did not even bother asking what she wanted and did what her heart told her too...if only the finished product was nice the nails are horrible they not the same length they bumpy and when she was about to tell her she didnt care and walked away ...its not a colour she wanted. ...the service was absolutely the most horrible experience ever ...please ask for the nail tech name if its Palesa don't even bother sitting down ....money down the drain

Terrible employee service at Randburg branch
I visited the Randburg branch on 13/11/2026. My nail tech was Nicky Nkomo , she was very rude and unprofessional . She placed tips on my fingers only to inform me on the last finger that my finger was defected ( since birth ) therefore it’s company policy not to work on it . Bear in mind that I’ve always done acrylic nails at other branches with no hassles . She subsequently went to complain to her fellow colleagues and asked them to help her . When they would not help she told me I need to come back on another day , after all that effort and petrol to get there . Eventually a colleague helped her . She then took 2.5 hrs doing plain, medium length almond acrylic nails . Bear in mind there was no soak off . I arrived at 16:30 my scheduled time, she only started at 17:00 as she was completing another client . I left at 19:15. The whole time she kept a sour attitude whilst continuously looking at phone . It took away from the experience. I would not recommend her.

Worst service ever
I am really disappointed at the service I received with the Midrand branch. I called twice before leaving the house and no one answered, which made sense when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I've been to Northriding and their service was top tier which I would have expected at all branch's. Waited there while all the ladies that were doing nails just looked at us and no one offered to help. It's frustrating paying for a service and not receiving it.

SUGARING & DERMAPLANNING PTA BRANCH
I Got A Sugaring & Vagacial,underarm sugaring & Dermaplaning from EveOn Board PRETORIA branch. WOW 👌 👏 😍 The ladies were incredible. NOKUTHULA is incredible with The Sugaring & CATHERINE killed it with the Dermaplaning. The Ladies are professional, patient and very friendly.
