Avoid feet scrubbing and paraffin wax. However cheap and tempting. Utter waste of money. Did it about four times already and each time l vowed never to go back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You will go back as you came. Staff otherwise friendly and professional. Beautiful set up too but DO NOT FEET SCRUB OR DO PARAFFIN WAX.
Horrible service by Hazel and Chwayita the operations manager. We got at each other throats for a R260 payment we were not made aware of and begged to have management intervene just so we could access the store and we were told the office was unable to reach higher management. Ultimately after a heated exchange, call for backup security ( which backup apologised), operations manager Chwayita was called and she gave an order that our payment should not be processed so we don’t get access to the facility to come back on Monday. This was done without the care to hear either our side or to hear from the backup that was called. I have used the facility from 2016 but this Saturday left a bad taste in my mouth. To add salt to the wound, Chwayita followed with an email terminating the lease without bothering to hear what our side of the story is.
Worst service ever run by ****s. Paid for my services 30 May 2025 for the month of June. Got cut off nonetheless. Told to reapply. I did Service still not reconnected despite home-connect having my money for a month today. Constant emails that my line is unreachable when l have my phone in hand receiving calls from everybody else except them. Bunch of ******. Explains why initially they offered me 10%discount for a positive review. So don’t buy into the positive reviews. Never know who was bribed with a 10% discount to review positively. I hate them. They have no n infrastructure of their own and play agent for metro Fibre. When the service are down, that’s when you realize you have been played by a middle man who pretended to be owner of the service
I terminated services with Webafrica over 6months and my daughter canceled too as l used her account but over 6 months later Webafrica is still deducting R449 each month without fail and no matter how many times we initiate cancellation. I did not authorise a debit order so they make it like a purchase which l can’t reverse. I am gutted and hate the whole thing so much. I have emailed, followed prompts on WhatsApp portal with no help
Terrible service from Tasleem Santam settled my phone claim at the lesser value derived from Phonecity who clearly sells refurbished phones and refuses to engage. The phone is no longer sold by istore. There is about 3 other middles after it that’s been phased out and instead of paying the phone at the next available model capped at insured amount, they insist on using a third seller of refurbished phones.
The worst booking app for guests and hosts. Failed to refund 20 year old girls who got stranded at night and were told to wait 7 days. They didn’t even bother to book them alternative accommodation to ensure their safety. An app all about money fir themselves
Their fibre which they source via metrofibre is always down and engagement with them is as good as none existent. I have been having issues from 23 December 2022 to date.
