Worst service I have ever experienced. Buhle did my eyelashes and I have never been in so much pain! The soak off burned my eyes. She installed the lashes basically on my eyeball. My eyes hurt and won’t stop watering. I have work tomorrow! How will I even be able to cope using my laptop. The lashes are scratching my eyeball. I paid R420 for nonsense. STAY AWAY FROM BUHLE-Northriding.
Guys, if I could give a negative star, I would. Hifi corporation CRESTA???! My God, some of the worst service I’ve received on both accounts. It’s almost as though they’ve picked random people off the street and asked them to put on a uniform and start work immediately. Firstly, no product knowledge from the staff and hardly audible. Secondly, sales consultant tells me what I’m looking for is not in stock (But I called two days ago to check). After telling him this he says “ oh, let me go check then” Like?? Was checking not the FIRST thing one would do.Thirdly, after spending 20 minutes in the store & they are making copies of my ID, taking down my delivery address etc THEN they tell me, “sorry we’re offline, we can’t process your order”. LMAO! Whaaaat?! They discuss in front of me “What are we going to do now?” Uhmmm… I don’ know . SHOULD I HELP YOU GUYS BRAINSTORM??! Close this store for a day & take these people for a Customer Service course. They desperately need training, the Manager too. A bunch of unprofessional people.
The quantity of the food is so disappointing. I ordered Mutton Curry (R132 on UberEats). Did I not get TWO SMALL PIECES OF MEAT AND A QUARTER OF A POTATO, SWIMMING IN OIL. Absolute **** guys. Do not purchase from that restaurant- Weltevreden
Makro has the worst service I think I’ve ever experienced in my life! Their post sale after care is terrible. They delivered a damaged & defective fridge to me 3 weeks ago. I had to beg and wait days before they finally collected the damaged one. I was advised in 2-3 days I would receive a replacement. Only last week, do they call and say “ oh by the way, we do not have stock, we will refund you in 2-3 days. It has now been a week and every time I call I am Being told the matter has been escalated. I don’t have a fridge for 3 weeks now and I have incurred so many additional costs because of this. They won’t refund me so I can not go to another store and purchase it. I have contacted my lawyer and the ombudsman man, so I expect my refund paid back with rebate interest they have gained from MY MONEY sitting in their bank account.
To Prospective tenants: Please do not rent from any of AFHCO’s properties. Terrible management throughout your lease period. An even more incompetent building manager. Furthermore, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I moved out on the 1st and still no funds received. I call every single day to get progress on my query and hear the same stupid excuses. Just an overall terribly managed company and untrained customer service staff.
