Kindly note that I bought x3 Hisense Smart television sets 2x 40” and 1x 58” around July 2023 I have been experiencing a problem with the 58” sometimes when I switch it on it goes on and off and at times it would play without any problem, however when I switch it on the screen was just blank and the red sensor light underneath was flickering, I tried to switch it off and on again but the screen remained blank without a sound.
I contacted Everyshop on the 8th of January 2024 for assistance. A Technician from Hisense was sent over to check, to which he said he didn't find fault, but the problem is continuing, he suggested that maybe the plugs are faulty, but other items are plugged in and working just fine.
I have sent follow-up emails and haven't received any response or assistance.
