Kindly note that I bought x3 Hisense Smart television sets 2x 40” and 1x 58” around July 2023 I have been experiencing a problem with the 58” sometimes when I switch it on it goes on and off and at times it would play without any problem, however when I switch it on the screen was just blank and the red sensor light underneath was flickering, I tried to switch it off and on again but the screen remained blank without a sound. I contacted Everyshop on the 8th of January 2024 for assistance. A Technician from Hisense was sent over to check, to which he said he didn't find fault, but the problem is continuing, he suggested that maybe the plugs are faulty, but other items are plugged in and working just fine. I have sent follow-up emails and haven't received any response or assistance.
I was financed for a vehicle, unfortunately the car was written off. The settlement was paid around the same time as the monthly installment. WesBank acknowledged it and was supposed to refund the installment in December 2023. Till date I have yet to receive my refund. I called in Jan 2024 to follow up and still nothing.
Good afternoon, my name is Philadelphia and I would like to lodge a complaint. Today the 23rd July 2022 at around 14:00 I was at shoprite grocery store at quaga center with my partner we were buying some few items and my partner paid and we left the tellers, as we were about to leave the store we produced the receipt to the security guard then we were called to the side by a shop regional manager accompanied by the a group of security guards then we were taken to an office where we were told that they wanted to search us. It was very disturbing to me as I enquired what was the reason. The regional manager indicated that they were conducting a random search. I refused to be searched because I was not convinced by their reasoning. Then the regional manager indicated that one of the customers indicated that they saw me and my partner acting suspicious.I then suggested that they check their cctv camera footage for prove it but they did not. I felt very violated and degraded and undermined as shoprite accused us and acted upon baseless accusations and assumptions. We were harassed for more than an hour as wanted to Know what I'm being accused of and I told them to rather call the police which they did not. Am aggrieved because we were released after an hour after being torture for no reason.
Unauthorized debit ordersl I have been experiencing problems with MTN SP, they have been deducting money from my bank account for the past two months without my permission. I do not have any account, agreement or any form of contract with them but they are taking my money for no reason. The first deduction was debited on 01 March 2022 to the amount of R388. 86 ref; BA117836060 and the second deduction was debited from my bank account on 01 April 2022 to the amount of 689.36 ref: BA117836060 and I reversed it on the 5 April 2022. I kindly request you to please intervene for them to stop deducting my money with immediate effect as I do not have any contract with them and I can't not keep going to the bank to reverse it as it is time consuming and it interferes with some of my transactions and they are also violating my privacy. I've been a paying vodacom customer for more than 20 years. I have recently renewed my contract and agreed to a certain amount. A few weeks later I receive another call from a vodacom representative confirming a different amount to that I have agreed to earlier. I am now trying to cancel the contract with no luck. Please assist.
