Refund Me OR Deliver My Cover

I am writing to formally request a resolution regarding my order placed on September 20, 2025 Order Number:

Despite receiving daily notifications from the courier stating that the order is "out for delivery," the delivery has not occurred. I have repeatedly attempted to contact your store via email and WhatsApp, and I have also lodged a formal complaint, but I have not received any response or update on the progress of my delivery.

This delay is unacceptable, and I therefore request an immediate refund for this order. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to relevant consumer protection authorities and consider pursuing further legal action.

I expect your urgent attention to this matter and a confirmation of my refund without further delay.
