Tremendous Service
My daughter hit a pot hole while driving her Big *** scooter. The bike has not been the same since. 6 visits to Big *** and I am mortified. We were referred to Everything Bike at Northcliff corner and I can honestly say the best advice anyone has given me in a long time. Wesley and his team were amazing. Gave us the worst case scenario ans also immediate fixes to suit my daughters pocket. She is a teacher after all! They delivered the bike back to us and I cant believe its the same bike. Very impressed and very thankful. I wish Everything Bike only the best in their business as their strong work ethic will make them great. Thank you Everything Bike.

Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile
Took a while to finish a tricky job and forgot to replace one part, but then went the extra mile to return the part, brought it all the way to my house and offered to install it here. Really appreciate the effort! Also super friendly all of the time, very happy!

Shocking service
Sold my bike without my permission and didn't tell me it was sold. When I went to collect it they suddenly offered to pay for it. I demanded the bike back, but it was returned damaged and the mileage was high. They promised to do repairs, but after I took the bike, they became totally unresponsive, they said they were waiting for parts (months later) and won't return calls or respond. I should have filed charges.

Shocking service

<p>So disappointed, i sent my bike in to Everything bike and i am just shocked how badly they put my bike back together!! I have missing bolts here and there and they put bolts in the wrong places!! They ovisly do not take pride in the work they do!! I will never be taking my bike to them again!! And for anyone with a bike that reads this i do not recommend Everything bike!! They are careless and do not do a good job! So upset to see my bike like this!!</p>

Excellent Service, Pricing and Feedback - WOW
I would like to thank Zhane, and all the staff from Everything Bike with regards to their service to fix my son's scooter - they were great. I was calling every 5 minutes about when they would collect the bike being a pain I think, but Zhane was friendly and assured me that the scooter would be collected - which it was. Then it came to the delivery and once again I was calling every 5 minutes about when it would be delivered and Zhane was patient, friendly and assured me that it would be done AND IT WAS. I was not calling every 5 minutes because I was not getting feedback it was because I don't want my son to ask if he can use the car LOL. Everything Bike keep up the good work, friendly attitude, great pricing. You will be my first point of contact.... <br> Thanks once again<br> Melissa
