MTN contract terms **** about, impossible to cancel, ******* sharing of recordings, handing me over without just cause
MTN has been absolutely useless, failing to honor the contract that I had with them and cancelling it has taken a year. This is worse than Telkom! I would absolutely never use this company. I have been handed over to 3 legal companies now even though I have been assured that the contract will be cancelled, the contract terms were **** about, then it is impossible to actually cancel the contract. I have all the evidence required, but I cannot get anywhere. Absolutely *********** company this!

Vigus is a very poor vehicle and JMC has no parts in SA!
Have been waiting for parts since January, this is ridiculous! So much has failed on the JMC Vigus that it's simply appalling! I havent had a vehicle because it has been in for repairs for almost 2,5 month this year alone, and the vehicle has barely 70,000km on the clock!

Wonderful experience with Dial-a-Bed team
We bought a bed that started to collapse, I contacted Dial-a-Bed and they credited me immediately and gave me a great discount on a new bed plus a free bed liner. It was a fantastic experience and I truly appreciate their enthusiasm around fixing the situation and maintaining their credibility, I wish more companies were like this! We also had a great experience with Indira at the Bedfordview shop.

Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile
Took a while to finish a tricky job and forgot to replace one part, but then went the extra mile to return the part, brought it all the way to my house and offered to install it here. Really appreciate the effort! Also super friendly all of the time, very happy!

Poor product quality
I have a Digi Garage motor installed. The remote keeps failing and there is little effort to repair it. I would not recommend using this product.

I would not recommend universal garage doors. Do not honour guarantee
I would not recommend this company. They installed my garage motor and it has worked for no more than 1 out to 10 months. I have begged them to sort it out, but there is no action. They will not honour the guarantee.

Mzuli Projects is incompetent, dishonest and will steal your money given half a chance
Mzuli Projects claim to be a legitimate building contractor, but I must warn you that this company is anything but. I paid a large deposit and within days the workers refused to carry on work as Curtis had not paid them. It soon became obvious that I was about to lose a large amount of money and the lies soon followed. This company does not much about construction and will steal your money given half a chance. I strongly recommend against making use of their services!

Appalling service and no attempt to honor warranty
I bought an Onkyo amp along with a speaker set recommended by Sounds Great, the amp stopped working within 2 months, I took it in for repair and they took 3 months to come back to me with the comment "no fault found" and simple reset. about 2 months later the same thing happened, again they took about 3 months to get back to me with the same message "no fault found". I had to chase them to come back to me and I insisted that they replace the unit because it clearly was faulty. They said that they would not honour the warranty because I didn't have the original packaging. So of the less than a year of owning the unit, they have had it for about 3 months and it hasn't worked for the vast majority of the time. So appalling service and a worthless warranty is what you can expect from these people.

Unethical and dishonest, I strongly recommend not using this company
I would strongly caution anybody from engaging with this company. It must be one of the most unethical companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with! I requested pricing from Wendy Factory for a mini log cabin, long story short I ended up choosing a special listed on their website, not accepting any of their quotes or formalising anything. I found it strange that in the quotes provided, it was stated that I had to make payment immediately to secure the special, but the website clearly stated the specials were valid until the end of the month, but the lack of ethical business practice of these people became more obvious the more dealt with them. Although I had not signed or approved any quote because I still needed to finalise the costs associated with some relatively small add on features, I made a 50% deposit payment in good faith stating that we still need to finalise any extras. Once they had my deposit I suspect they thought they could charge me whatever they wanted for the add on's. The original amount for the cabin after the special was R20k and I expected to possibly pay and extra 25% for the extras. Instead I received a quote of over R46k. This, in my assessment was clearly an attempt to exploit the fact that they already had my deposit and they thought they could rip me off. This prompted me to check the market to see if I was being ripped off and indeed I was. 130% odd increase in price on top of what should have been the most expensive component of the quote. Remember, at no point had I signed anything, at no point was I made aware of their supposed terms and conditions, I could not find them on their website or on their quotes. I then politely informed them that I would not be ordering a unit from them and kindly requested a refund. They then told me that their terms and conditions were that I pay them 10% for cancellation. There was no official deal or agreement, they had not incurred any costs what so ever, all they had done was generate some quotes, and now that they had my money they decided to take an opportunity to take it. What kind of people would do this? I would not pay this fee and that I viewed this as theft. They told me they would take me to court for saying that and that I should shut my mouth. Competing quotes are 50% of what they charged (on their supposed special that they had been running) I now wonder if they will refund me at all, so I will lay a charge of theft shortly, should they not refund me in full. What kind of people take advantage of a good faith payment and try to exploit someone because they now have some of your money, they did absolutely nothing for 10% of the what? People like these should be exposed for their unethical and devious business practice! They now seem to want to want to bring my company into this and compromise my job, or fabricate some story about my company, these are the kind of people they are. i have given them ample opportunity to refund me before I go to social media to expose them, but they have not done anything to rectify, so I have no choice but to list these simple facts.
