Still zero response so we going legal! The most useless individuals, shocking workmanship and we have now established they built on a live cable wire. Lee just puts the phone down in ur ear when u call.. legal awaits them as well as reporting to carte blanche!

I wish i came to the reviews first! Shocking workmanship, refuse to fix their mess AND then want to charge R1200 call out fee.. And when you call Lee She puts the phone down in your ear.. they should be shut down!! DISGUSTING!!! I will take to every social media platform to expose them!

Hi everyone me again, I've added another picture of what they sent me this morning. What ******* I'm quoting below, "Dear Coert, we have a warranty claim procedure in place which you have not followed. No proper proof of treatments has been sent in the required time and no warranty activation has been sent to me and nor did you send any photos where you have flash harried the roof so I will no longer be entertaining any form of communication unless you can provide me with all of the above as per agreement. If you provide these things you need to do so on email as per agreement." They send me this after months of begging for assistance. Hi everyone I said I'll give feedback on Monday, and guess what, no response from the wendy fabriek!!!!!! like always. I've just completed the form for the ombudsman and will be sending it tomorrow. Hopefully something will happen? Just some feedback on my initial complaint, So yesterday I received another whatsapp from the wendy factory stating that I'll receive my quote that day, In frustration with the constant hassles I recomended that they leave the quote and come fetch there wendy pay me my money back. Shocker no response like usual. Like I said in my previous post my next step will be the ombudsman but will give them till Monday. I'll give another update on Monday night but I'm almost sure the ignore button will be pressed again!

Do not think these people will ever get back to you after they have installed the wendy. They had to put up two wendy houses on our premises, the small one was put up, no problems. They came back the next day to put up the big one, then said the terrain was not level (after they confirmed the day before that the levelling of the terrain was in order and correct). The workers left and never came back. So now I have panels of what is supposed to be a wendy house, stacked on top of each other, which we now have to assemble ourselves. Called numerous times to try and sort this out, however Lee just refuses to answer the phone and prefers whatsapp messages. Tried talking to other people at the company as well, with no luck. What kind of service is that? Extremely unprofessional is an understatement. I would not recommend to use them, because if something goes wrong, you will never see or hear from them again.

Terrible workmenship and no after sales service! Called to let them know all the wrongs that they need to come fix.... phone calls, e-mail with evidence, another e-mail and another 2 calls and still no reply. We chose the more expensive option log cabin because my mom has to move in there. She was diagnosed with cancer at the end of September and prognosis is 6 months. Our place is too small unfotunately, hence a cutw little cabin. Hmmm. Door of the log cabin was supposed to open ti the inside... didn't do that. Door does not open without force. It's skew. The right wall panel was not even fastened... I have a video of how it moves. Used a smaal piece of wood where the one panel was to short. Top of the door frame broken.. probably due to the door being skew. The roof is all buckled and not enough *****a and bolts. One side does not line up with the insulation... gap for rain! Inside 2 place where the nails are still sticking out. Inside on the soor panel, nails sticking out. Not safe to be in... At least the sale was easy for them and they delivered on time. I am regretting using them because that was all we could afford with the collections we made

I purchased a wendy house from his company and regret it. the workmanship is so poor and they did not even finish the work and left. Lee from the company is extremely rude and so is the owner Carri-ann hoy. People be aware of this company and do not pay them until you are satisfied with the workmanship. They do not have battery operated tools and when there is loadshedding, you get blamed for not having electricity but the onus is on them aswell knowing the current climate with Eskom. I have lodged a complaint with the Ombud who will be dealing severely with them so get your claims in to get your justice.

I purchased a wendy house from his company and regret it. the workmanship is so poor and they did not even finish the work and left.
