Juts had such a poor experience from a client advisor now. I called in to query on my policy and was put on hold for 5min even though my policy schedule was sent. Upon his return, there was no sincere apology and was told to rate his service but he cut the call and no option was given. This is not the caliber of Santam staff and should be dealt with.
This evening I went to take a Vodacom contract and was told I am blacklisted by Vodacom. My contract ended in July 2024 so what do I owe Vodacom??? I have no products yet they blacklisted me. The person responsible for this should be fired!!! I will send a formal letter to their CEO aswell as this is effecting my credit record.
My business account was recently frozen. I tried my own banker aswell as the call centre and no one seemed to help. i then reached out to Mahendran Pillay, who called me within a few minutes of my email and within a few hours my account was fixed. Thanks a mill Mahendran Pillay, you are the reason we stay with Standard bank.
I recently took my vehicle to Matelico AutoBody and Panel for a back bumper repair. Thank you to Rajen and the Matelico team for excellent customer service and even better workmanship. Definitely one of the best panel beaters around.
I recently registered a claim for a back bumper smash on Christmas eve. I was shocked to get a call from Mansoor Martin ON CHRISTMAS EVE to attend to my claim. i was absolutely shocked at his professional service. Long story short - he assisted with my claim, my vehicle has been repaired and i am extremely happy. Thank you to Mansoor Martin and Santam for being the best insurer in SA.
I recently took out a home loan with Std bank. I have been waiting for the debit to go of but never did, not I am being charged interest!! What is this nonsense! I have been trying to contact my private banker and the private banker support number but NO ONE ANSWERS!!! I am told I am the first in the queue but been waiting for 15min. Blady joke!!
I recently had an unpleasant experience with Santam whereby my vehicle hire was not added to my policy and when i needed it, I was told i didn’t this cover Upon raising my frustrations i was told that it will be resolved asap. To be honest, i did not receive much help from anyone until i received a call form Stephan Olivier and Lucky Matutu .Both these gentlemen ensured i received my courtesy vehicle and what was so reassuring, i received a call from Lucky the following morning to ensure i got my courtesy vehicle and asked whether i was able to attend my morning meeting. Thanks to these 2 gentlemen for their excellent service and who managed to turn my poor experience to a pleasant one.
THIS COMPANY HAS NO CALL CENTRE!!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A DAMN AGENT! THEIR VOICE PROMT IS USELESS!!! ABSOLUTE **** COMPANY!!!
My new Sim card was delivered today and I was told to hand my RICA docs to the DSV Driver. You would think that by doing this the card would be RICA'D, however MTN is so special that I need to still go to a MTN shop as the card is RICA barred!! . REALLY MTN!! DAMN USELESS!!
earlier this month i contacted the Multichoice offices to make an amendment on my package. i was assured that it was done but this month i get debited the same amount as last month!!! HOW *********** CAN THEIR STAFF BE!!! NO WONDER PEOPLE ARE LEAVING THEM, THEIR STAFF CANNOT FOLLOW SIMPLE ORDERS!!!
