Disgusting!!!! Shocking customer service, zero accountability and manufacturing products to break!!
THEY MANUFACTURER ITEMS TO BREAK INTENTIONALLY, they confirmed this!! I bought a 64k u-shapes lounge suit and the corner piece sagged after less than 6months to which i have been told THEY ARE MANUFACTURED TO SAG FOR COMFORT!! What??? And then they give me an invoice for almost 2k to Repair THEIR SAGGING couch if i wish for it to be 100% like the rest of the set. MY MIND IS BLOWN! Then calling head office I'm told the manager Louisa cant take my calls so i should email her. I have been without a couch for 3 WEEKS after begging for weeks for them to collect it in the first place..all to be told its made to sag!! Absolutely shocking!!

Disgusting!!!!
Still zero response so we going legal! The most useless individuals, shocking workmanship and we have now established they built on a live cable wire. Lee just puts the phone down in ur ear when u call.. legal awaits them as well as reporting to carte blanche!

I wish i came to the reviews first! Shocking workmanship, refuse to fix their mess AND then want to charge R1200 call out fee.. And when you call Lee She puts the phone down in your ear.. they should be shut down!! DISGUSTING!!! I will take to every social media platform to expose them!
