I recently made a purchase of three products online, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The payment for the items was deducted from my husband's bank account, but, surprisingly, the online purchase did not register on the company's system.
In an attempt to address this issue, I reached out to the customer service department, requesting a thorough check of their finances and bank accounts to verify the received funds. However, after a week of waiting, I have yet to receive any proper feedback or resolution.
Given the lack of communication, we are now compelled to escalate the matter to our financial institution, FNB, in order to request a reversal of the payment and report the incident as *****.
This experience has been disappointing, to say the least, and I hope that the company takes the necessary steps to improve its customer service.
