Evetech are ****s.

Evetech engage in blatantly false advertising. On their site the currently list a chair as coming with two pillows. It is stated clearly in the marketing, found here https://www.evetech.co.za/noblechairs-hero-st-gaming-chair-black-edition/best-deal/15511?ref=search. When queried about this, they say that it does not. So why then does the listing say that it does.

Similarly, when I purchased a Vertagear PL6000 from them in 2020 the advertising copy of the listing mentioned that the frame comes with a 10 year warranty. They are now saying that the chair only comes with a 1 year local warranty and if I wish to proceed with a frame claim I must do so directly with Vertagear, an international company, at my own expense!

They are dishonest and do not care about their customers. I have lodged a formal complaint with the National Consumer Commission, hopefully these ******* get what is coming to them.
