Very poor customer service.
Ordered a hat on the 6th of Jan, had to wait until the 14th of Jan to get an email stating the product is out of stock. Shockingly poor customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Cannot be trusted to honour warranty
Returned a UGREEN powerbank for clearly defective behaviour. The technical team has come back and claimed that they are unable to replicate the matter. It is clear they cannot be trusted to honour warranty. Stay away from them, spend your money here at your own peril. You are better off purchasing from Amazon or Takealot.
