Great Service

Ordered a new pair of MTB shoes on 10 July. The following day Janos contacted me to let me know the size I'd ordered was out of stock, but that they would be able to send me a size bigger (as Shimano shoes are normally a bit smaller anyway) and if they didn't fit they would organize a refund.

I received the shoes the following week and they were the perfect fit. Awesome service.
