Ordered a new pair of MTB shoes on 10 July. The following day Janos contacted me to let me know the size I'd ordered was out of stock, but that they would be able to send me a size bigger (as Shimano shoes are normally a bit smaller anyway) and if they didn't fit they would organize a refund. I received the shoes the following week and they were the perfect fit. Awesome service.
Ordered a Bosch MUM4 mixer for my wife on 5 June. After a few days with no feedback, I left a message on their Facebook page. They responded on 12 June (Friday) to let me know that there shouldn't have been a delay and by Saturday our package was ready to be shipped. It was shipped on 15 June and received on 18 June. Although they can be a bit slow to respond at the moment (I imagine due to a huge amount of calls and supplier issues around COVID-19) they are able to deliver.
