I'm very disappointed with this financial institution. I was supposed to finish with my loan repayment October last year. I called to confirm the consultant told me I'm not done still need to pay for the extra interest rates because they never added on the agreed repayment. Okay it made sense and I was meant to pay November, December and January now it's February they deducted the same amount again and my last statement showed I'm owing R800.
People beware they even changed from real people to evolution *****. I'm still gonna take this further
