I'm very disappointed with this financial institution. I was supposed to finish with my loan repayment October last year. I called to confirm the consultant told me I'm not done still need to pay for the extra interest rates because they never added on the agreed repayment. Okay it made sense and I was meant to pay November, December and January now it's February they deducted the same amount again and my last statement showed I'm owing R800. People beware they even changed from real people to evolution *****. I'm still gonna take this further
This is pure disrespect and no regards for clients from Nedbank festival mall. At first we were assisted by two people, after 15 minutes it was only one we sat for more than two hours while some people stood and woke out. Please ensure you hire people who want to work and review your cameras on a regular basis.
This fixed charge thing is a total nonsense, how can you expect a client to pay for maintaining infrastructure when we don't get electricity for free we buy for every unit we use. Life is hard you making it more harder
I regret opening an old mutual money account. I went to the bara branch this morning to request for a new card since I cant find it. The lady at the front desk and the manager was very rude and not helpful at all. They asked for my ID I explained to them that I don't have it with me but I do have a copy on my emails and I need my card urgently because am going to work. They said no we want the physical one, asked them what is the finger prints verification machine used for ? And why other banks would assist me using that machine and my copy, they said they are not other banks instead I should go there. The old mutual customer service ruined my day just want to get my ID some other day go to another branch to close my account because even if coming with an ID document its their procedure, I got the app on my phone, copy of my ID on my emails plus they have my fingerprints. I feel like they just wanted to prove a point so since that company staff is like that I am out.
Buses got delayed employees are confused, two hours later we still standing outside in the rain our bus number left with passengers from Pretoria I'm really fed up worst service ever will never use them again.
I've been trying to make an appointment for my company tax returns it's been weeks now and my deadline has passed we stand in ques for hours and when I get to go inside they tell me to do it online which is complicated when I register It says information provided is incorrect when I make an appointment still no luck.

I regret getting into contract with MTN, I had a rooter contract with them for 24 months, they used to debit R250, this month was my last month of the contract they debited R600, I went to the nearest mtn customer service, I was told i have to upgrade or cancel the contract whereas the contract was for 24 months and it's past that, no one notified me about that I just saw a debit order of 600 in this difficult time when I asked one of their employees to cancel she told me I need to contact another department which I also can't get hold of them so this is a criminal act and I'm very upset I would advise people not to use mtn even their data is very expensive.
