Pay for 50Mbps but get between 4 and 25 regularly.
Wjhen you do get through to them they tell you switch it all off and then it works for a short while.
They clearly making bucks to afford a new website but the chat on their website doesnt work, their phones lead you to a voice mail message after keeping you waiting for a few minutes.
Try see on their website if you can see a contact support number. What kind of company has no number offered and whose chat is broken.
Moving to another service provider is expensive.
